The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of digital coins / balances ordered electronically by the BUYER via the SELLER's mobile application.

Delivery Method: Instant account loading via electronic environment
Total Price: The amount approved by the user on the purchase screen (VAT Included).
Purchased digital assets are loaded into the BUYER's membership account automatically upon payment confirmation. Physical delivery or shipping is not applicable.
Pursuant to Article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the BUYER does not have the right of withdrawal for services performed immediately in electronic environment and intangible goods delivered instantly. The BUYER completes the transaction with full knowledge and acceptance of this condition.
